WHO AM I & WHAT IS HOLISTIC HEALTH COACHING?
I‘m Hannah Kathryn.
Certified Nutritionist & Licensed Functional Health Practitioner.
I’m the one who helps you figure out your health. When western medicine failed you, or you have no idea where to start, or what the fuck to believe anymore.
Whether your goals are weight loss, you’ve been stuck in the cycle of every fad diet known to man. Or you have known health issues, illness, imbalances, gut disfunction, or whacked out hormones. Maybe you don’t know what’s going on, but something isn’t right. In any case, I’m your girl.
I dont take on 100 clients. I dont even take on 50. I take on a max of 20 clients at a time. I dont do meal plans for the masses. I dont do programming that works for multiple people. I do 1:1 coaching. That means protocols are made for you. Not just your body, but your life, your schedule, your family.
Health isn’t one size fits all. My goal is to understand you, your body, your needs, and teach you how to support your health sustainably. So it lasts for life.
FOOD IS MEDICINE.
My coaching is based around that. Nutrition , and education around nutrition is my primary focus.
Nutrition -I work with you to develop deep understanding of food, nutrients, and the difference between inflammatory and anti-inflammatory foods and ingredients. How food can heal you, or hurt you. How to support YOUR body. Not just follow the latest TikTok trend your sister sent you.
Functional Labs - I base my client programs around facts. Not guesses, not trends. I use functional labs and bloodwork to understand you, on a cellular level. That way I can develop protocols to fit your needs, and get to the root of your issues, not just bandaid it, hope for the best and call it a day.
Nervous System Healing & Mental Health - “Health” isn’t just diet and exercise. It’s the years of self sabotaging that led you to this point. It’s the shame and guilt that keep your body in a fight or flight state. It’s the conditioning of a decade of diet culture and mis information from drug companies and food labels. You didn’t do anything wrong. You are here now. And part of my role as a coach, is to help you become not only healthier in terms of your nutrition, bloodwork, and health issues, but to ensure that you have clarity in yourself to carry those lessons through for life. That you heal on a deeper level so you can recognize your own patterns, self sabotaging behaviors, and be EMPOWERED to BECOME the woman you are meant to be. Because that woman is healthy, in every aspect.

What’s my story?
I’m a coach because I know what it feels like to lose myself. To collapse under the weight of my own patterns. To live in survival mode and still try to build a life on top of all that. I know what it feels like to carry things alone that were never meant to be carried alone.
And I also know what it feels like to come back to myself, my body, my health, slowly, messily, through truth, support, and finally facing the parts of me I avoided. That process changed me. It rebuilt me. It became the foundation of everything I now teach.
But I’m also a coach because women deserve better than what they’re getting. They’re dismissed by doctors. Misdiagnosed. Told their symptoms are “normal” or “in their head.” Passed around and patched up instead of actually being cared for. The medical system is negligent, and women pay the price for it every single day. I was one of those women at a really young age. And it pushed me to seek my own answers to take control of my own health.
I refuse to be another person who overlooks your pain.
I care about your health like it’s my own.
I sit in the details. I listen. I give a damn.
Because the truth is, most doctors don’t.
They collect a paycheck. They push “medicine” for profit.
I coach because I don’t want women to disconnect from their bodies, abandon their needs, or shrink themselves just to survive. I don’t want them to think success requires self-betrayal. I want them resourced, regulated, supported, and actually seen while they rebuild their lives and their health.
I understand the layers, the trauma, the nervous system, the hormones, the physiology, the self-worth, the identity work. I’ve lived it. I’ve studied it. I’ve walked people through it over and over again. My entire life has become the study of how women break, and how they rise.
I coach because I believe in the women I work with. I see their potential long before they do. I see who they’re becoming. And I’m willing to hold them through the messy middle, not just the highlight reel. I coach from a place of LIVED experience, honesty, raw and unfiltered. Because that’s life.
But underneath all of that, the real truth is this: I didn’t choose coaching or nutrition or health as a career. It wasn’t what I dreamed of doing as a kid. Life shaped me into a coach. My experiences, my interests, my own health, my healing, my mistakes, all made me into someone who IS a coach.
My work isn’t something I do. It’s who I am.
Every time I guide a woman back to herself, I come home to myself a little more too. And I think at the end of the day, that makes me a pretty damn good coach.
